Farmtag — Digital Passport สำหรับเกษตรกรไทย

ท่านสามารถลบบัญชี Farmtag พร้อมข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ 2 วิธี — ทำเองในแอปได้ทันที หรือส่งคำขอทางอีเมล

วิธีที่ 1: ลบด้วยตนเองในแอป (ทันที)

  1. เปิดแอป Farmtag แล้วเข้าสู่ระบบ
  2. แตะปุ่ม เมนูโปรไฟล์ (มุมขวาบนของหน้าหลัก)
  3. แตะ บัญชี → ลบบัญชีถาวร
  4. พิมพ์คำว่า "ลบบัญชี" เพื่อยืนยัน แล้วแตะปุ่มลบ

หมายเหตุ: ถ้าเข้าสู่ระบบไว้นานแล้ว ระบบอาจขอให้ออกจากระบบแล้วเข้าใหม่ก่อนลบ เพื่อยืนยันตัวตน (ผู้ใช้แบบผู้เยี่ยมชมไม่มีบัญชีถาวร จึงไม่มีเมนูนี้)

วิธีที่ 2: ส่งคำขอทางอีเมล (ไม่ต้องเปิดแอป)

หัวข้อ: "ขอลบบัญชี" — ทีมงานจะดำเนินการลบให้ภายใน 7 วัน และแจ้งยืนยันกลับทางอีเมล

ข้อมูลอะไรถูกลบบ้าง?

⚠️ การลบเป็นการลบถาวรทันที กู้คืนไม่ได้ — เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลใดไว้ต่อ สำเนาสำรองของระบบ (backup) จะหมุนเวียนลบไปเองภายในประมาณ 14 วัน

Delete Your Account & Data (English)

Option 1 — In the app (instant): open the Farmtag app → tap the profile menu button (top-right of the home screen) → Account → Delete account permanently → type the confirmation word and confirm.

Option 2 — By email: send an email from the address you registered with to support@farmtag.app with the subject "Account deletion request". We will process it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted: your account (email/phone/sign-in methods), all farm and plot data, activity records, harvest lots and QR codes, all uploaded photos and documents, and reviews. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and cannot be undone. We retain nothing; system backups rotate out automatically within about 14 days.
